Phil Crawford has been working with the England Senior Men's Volleyball programme for just over 2 years. In that time Phil has integrated himself well to the coaching staff and has become an invaluable member of the programme.

He has demonstrated excellent attention to detail and in particular has been working with the players to develop a lived values document and personal development plans. This has been truly impactful as the National Team won it's first Novotel Cup international tournament in the winter of 2023.

I particularly like the interactions he has with me as head coach. His ability to ask probing and difficult questions has helped me immensely in improving my interactions with the players as well as my reflective practice. The leadership skills and knowledge Phil has demonstrated are exceptional and I would recommend him to your organisation or programme without hesitation.
