I am currently ranked number one in the world at Para Bobsleigh, having won the World Cup, The European Championships and the World Championships. 

I’ve had the privilege of being coached by Phil Crawford for the best part of two years as part of the GB Sitting Volleyball program and he has also stepped up and offered me critical sports psychology coaching since the 2023/24 bobsleigh season which enabled me to go on and clinch two of the big three overall para bobsleigh titles.

Phil is first and foremost an exceptional human being and secondly a brilliant coach in many aspects. In volleyball he has helped me to grow and become a better team player, as well as helping to grow personally in a focus based way. Our interactions during the 2023 Para Volley World Cup in Egypt allowed me to reach new levels in my personal performance.

I consider it an honour and a privilege to be coached by Phil and I look forward to for to seeing what we can go on to achieve in the future.
